Collection fees
United States accounts assigned before they are past due 60 days will be collected for a 40% contingency fee. Minimum account balance $10,000.00.
United States accounts larger then $10,000.00 that are not yet past due 12 months will be collected for a 45% contingency fee.
United States accounts larger than $10,000.00 that are past due longer than 12 Months will be collected for a 50% contingency fee.
Claims that are less than $2000.00, or companies that are out of business or accounts that have previously been placed for collection will be collected for a 45% contingency fee.
