Lee Carr's Biography

Judge Mark PlaisanceLee Carr, is a native of West Monroe, has a professional background in Finance and Securities.  Mr. Carr earned a B.S. from Louisiana Tech in 2003, majoring in Finance.  He subsequently earned a J.D. and B.C.L. from the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center where he was a member of the Louisiana Law Review, the national ATLA trial team, and Order of the Coif

Mr. Carr’s experiences include an internship with the Honorable Harlin D. Hale of the United States Bankruptcy Court, and time as a fully licensed securities broker.  The focus of his practice is business and commercial litigation.  He is a member of the Baton Rouge Bar Association, Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel, Louisiana Association of Business and Industry.
